Customer Service Desk is the primary communication link between the customers and AVIC INTERNATIONAL. Customer Desk ensures the interests of the customer within AVIC INTERNATIONAL. A group of AVIC INTERNATIONAL customer support managers and local customer support representatives facilitate customers' access to the entire range of support services available and ensure customers' needs are met.

Field Service Engineer

AVIC INTERNATIONAL can provide Field Service Engineers (FSE) at the operator's main base. These FSEs are the airline's prime interface between operators and the AVIC INTERNATIONAL organization. They provide on-site technical assistance and help the airline solve in-service problems.
